Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of $5 for standard shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 10–15 business days.
Fast Shipping: Fast shipping is available for $12, with an estimated delivery time of 5 business days.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During high-demand periods, processing times may vary.
International Shipping: Currently, we [do not] offer international shipping. If available, additional fees and extended delivery times apply based on destination.

Returns: Due to the nature of bulk items, we have a limited return policy. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if there are any defects or issues. Returns are eligible for store credit only, subject to our approval.
Exchanges: Exchanges are available only in the case of defective items or incorrect orders. To initiate an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: All sale items, customized orders, and items opened from their original packaging are final sale and non-returnable.
